Healthcare Policy Management System
Overview
An integrated set of automated online e-Books tailored to your specific healthcare policies and procedures. We can customize shells for both institutional hospital wide manuals as well as department specific procedures.

Below are just some of the benifits of implementing the Healthcare Policy Management System at your healthcare facility:
- Provides a centralized, easily accessed set of policies and procedures. Hospital personnel can access critical information quickly and easily, using any workstation connected to the intranet.
- Eliminates the need to print hard copies of these manuals which can represent a significant cost savings to the institution.
- Provides a comprehensive Table of Contents, Index, and Search capability, which not only saves time in finding important information in an emergency, but saves time in identifying policies and procedures that may need to be modified/updated for regulatory compliance.
- Provides a method for archiving old or outdated policies and procedures quickly. The implementation of an archive menu will allow hospital personnel to access the complete set of policies and procedures that were in place on a given date.
- HPMS provides a way to link hospital policies and procedures to applicable regulatory documents (e.g., JCAHO CAMHS). This in conjunction with a report that details each document and when it was last updated, allows hospital personnel (e.g., JCAHO coordinator) to quickly and easily ensure that all policies and procedures are current prior to a visit/inspection.
- The Maintenance Phase allows hospitals to enjoy the benefits of both regular updates and version control/archiving with little or no impact on existing staff.
